Target Weekly Resets
Time Attack leaderboards reset every week. To stay at the top, you need fresh times often. Don’t rely on old laps; new seasons mean new opportunities to climb.

Optimize Your PI Class
Leaderboards are filtered by Performance Index (PI). Tune your car to the top of its class—like hitting exactly 800 for A-class—so you’re not handicapped.

Use the Real-Time HUD
The in-world HUD shows split times and deltas against friends and top players. Watch closely: it tells you exactly where you’re losing time and where you’re faster.

Legend Island Circuit
Once you hit “Horizon Legend” in the campaign, you unlock the special Legend Island Time Attack circuit. Practice here—it’s the best place for top-tier leaderboard times.

Top Car Choices & Builds

Specialized Time Attack Cars
High-downforce builds make a huge difference. Cars from the Time Attack Car Pack often have more cornering grip than even an F1 car.

2001 Honda #33 BYP Racing Integra WTAC – Strong for low and mid-PI classes.
2000 Nissan #36 Silvia WTAC – Handles technical tracks with high grip.

Custom “World Time Attack” Builds
Community-made tunes modeled after real-life WTAC cars are excellent. Look for widebody kits, carbon-fiber wings, and max aero setups.

Core Driving Tips

Clean Laps Are Mandatory
Even though FH6 has a rewind feature, clean laps rank higher. Avoid rewinding—perfect laps beat “dirty” times every time.

Manual Transmission with Clutch
Using manual with clutch can save 0.3–0.5 seconds per lap. Faster acceleration and controlled engine braking make small but crucial gains.

Hit the Apex Every Time
Time Attack rewards perfect lines, not slides. Think “slot-car” racing: stick to the apex, avoid drifting, and maintain max exit speed out of corners.
